Have you seen a Jbc or trucks or huge monster trucks used in construction work. most of us will never notice the most attractive or amazing parts in it.only a few keen observers find it .and someone with a creative mind will find interesting things in everything other object they watch.and that what makes it special.This is a part of night photography.the tyre pattern wouldn't have looked so beautiful if the street light wouldn't had shined so bright.the angle in which the picture is taken makes the lonely street lamp post to look like the sun.
